Cryonite treatment:

Conditional 1 year / 3 month warranty against re-infestation of bed bugs.

(1 year if we treat the entire building, 3 month if we don't treat the entire building  but have treated every room in the unit)

Any additional treatments from the initial extermination, will only be done with the presence of live bed bugs. We will not treat based on bites alone.

 

ROOM COUNTS MUST BE CORRECT AND ACCURATE! Only the rooms paid for will be treated, if we do not treat the ENTIRE property, including the basement, warranty will not be honored.

 

If pre and post instructions are not followed, then warranty will be voided.

 

Exclusions:

 

High-level infestation. On the initial visit, if more than 100 bed bugs are found this is an indicator of a very high infestation that may take more than 1 treatment. Additional follow-up treatments will be billed at 25% of the original price in this circumstance until the infestation is eradicated. (This is not common and typically only is an issue when bed bugs have been present for 3 or more months)

 

Excessive clutter (50% or greater of the floor surface covered with furniture and clutter)

 

Dropped ceiling as this condition can pose severe problems of control.

 

Uncooperative tenants.

 

Treatment by another organization or self-treatment by owner, or tenant after our treatment.
